It’s party time (when COVID restrictions allow) at St Albans solicitors Bretherton Law, as Director Sandra Bradley celebrates 35 years with the firm at the end of January.
Sandra qualified as a solicitor in October, 1982, and joined Bretherton & Co, as they were then known, four years later. She became a partner in 1989, before taking over as sole owner and Principal in 2004. Now a limited company, Sandra oversaw the move of the business from Romeland Hill to its current premises on Alban Row.
Mrs Bradley has been a long term member of the Law Society’s specialist Children’s Panel, and represents children in legal cases ranging from hearings at local Magistrate’s Courts right through to complex proceedings at the High Court. Her specialist areas include care proceedings and adoptions, child care arrangements, Special Guardianship Applications, and Grandparents’ Rights.
Commenting on her long service Sandra said: “Bretherton Law have been serving the people of Hertfordshire and beyond since 1965, and I am keen to build on our solid reputation as an independent local business. Our aim is always to provide high-quality, professional service, in a sympathetic and friendly atmosphere. I have been particularly impressed by, and very grateful for, the team’s commitment and hard work in operating safely and at full capacity though the challenges that COVID has presented.”
